  • Add More Detailed Sensor Descriptions

I have a suggestion for the site. The detailed sensor descriptions could use more sensors. I’m taking my beretta’s engine and dropping it in something else. I have started doing some of my own research and found that a lot of the GM sensors use the same values (oil pressure, fuel level, and so on). Sensors like this would be a nice addition to the list of what is currently there. You would need to say that all vehicles are not the same, but obviously GM tends to reuse as much as possible. I am searching for answers to what is needed to get several Autometer gauges working with stock sensors.

I realized recently that this site is my primary source for information about the engine I have toyed with the most. I saw the post about needing donations at the main page and decided that after all these years, 8 or so, that a little cash was the least I could contribute. In exchange, a tad bit more info would be nice to see, for the next person without the know how to find the info they want.

        Yes, and thanks!

Scott, I'm doing some research right now on some other sensors, so hopefully it will help you out.
