The MAF will put a signal out...the problem is the max MAF limit for this context 11.5kHz is "HARDWIRED" into the PCM. So unless you are smarter than GM the only thing you can do is 'lie' to the PCM...whatever the implication there...sooner or later (well I guess it depends what the application is) you loose resolution and granularity..."garbage in garbage out"...

Also without testing or mathematically eliminating the turbine wheel as a restriction you cannot just say it has become one...what exhaust are you running and what are the cam specs!?!?

Nice results. Mustangs usually read pretty low. Makes me wonder why theres no aftermarket turbo kits since these results make spending a ton of cash on an NA build look silly. What are you tuning with? What injectors? Stock valve springs? What do you expect to trap 118? (just a guess)

Hondas make 500 whp on a T3 housing of the .82 variety. YOu will be fine. No need to go to T4.

im shooting for 600 engine at least, so i guess its time for a gt35r. since its ball bearing it will spool faster, so do you think i should go with a t4 60ish housing or a 82 t4.

It's all kinda rhetorical anyway. The point is GM makes them max at 11,500Hz for a reason. If you are using a given size MAF and flow enough air to max it out, then you are probably at the point where it's a restriction now and you'd gain power by moving up to the next size larger MAF and intake piping and rescaling the MAF table.

Anyway back on topic. Farmerz24, those are definitely some nice numbers from a 3100. You could probably get more from the current turbo, but if you're shooting for more HP and thinking of going up to a 3400 then I agree a new turbo would help. You'd get a little more exhaust flow from the extra displacement to help spool the bigger turbo faster as well, but I'm sure you already thought of that. Keep it up!
