Yes, the 3400 plenum will work.

The 3500 heads require the use of the 3500 LIM (the 3400 LIM will not work on the 3500 heads)

I am currently running a large port 3100 plenum on my 3500 heads and LIM as my 3500 plenum is in the process of being modified.
