ha success and just in time i got done as the rain was starting to hit

no troouble codes at all wtf? and it still ran like shit

i got about 4 or 5 idleing ones and with a few revs. freescan would freeze sometimes

my excel viewer for some reason won't open them

i typed random letter for their names

edit wtf only one opens in excel the others open in notepad with nothing on them

and i can;t upload a csv on here i guess so wtf

ya you get empty or repetative data ones when the software isnt communicating with the ecm properly

also make sure if your taking more than 1 log, make sure you dont accidently click on a log file, in the save window, then rename, becuase that will rename and overwrite the file you clicked on.

best to edit name in the filename field of the save log dialog

takes a few clicks of the force data and sometimes it goes out int eh middle of a scan, so ya jsut gotta click it, and keep checking that the bytes are both moving

so you have some datalogs !! its a start

use filefactory, thats what i use, it keeps track of files you uploaded(if you register, for free)

you can change the file extension to .txt to upload here if you want, then peeps can chagne it back to .csv after downloaded

post up those logs !!! lol

i clicked it alot lol it worked and everything was reading perfect everytime i hit log, so idk maybe freescan was being slow.

anyways i changed the file type heres it in a text file.

can someone save it and make it so i can open it in my excel viewer?

syn, your log is currupted or something, i am able to open it in microsoft excel, but i am not able to open it in spread32
if your intreested in spread32, its a great piece of free software for viewing the log files, if you cant view them in spread32 then sommin is wrong with the logfiles and you should take another log

also i looked at your log and you have only about 200 lines of usable data, they are at the beginning of the file, and it hink they may be in open loop, best to datalog while in closed loop

your o2 is not moving much, very slow... how old is your o2?

your not running as rich as i am, which is a good sign
your iac counts are lower than mine
you had a knock count but no retard, you got it before you started logging, most likely was during startup, am i correct?
does your motor windmill on startup, kinda catch a lil but not start?
or is it quick start?
your INT is moving up and down which is wierd

it looks like you just started the car and datalogged jsut after starting it

the log is short so there isnt much to work with, but its a start
i bet a small decrease in bpw will get things inline, disable egr, disable calulate bpw at idle as function of airflow, disable ccp

try to let the car enter closed loop, you can check if its in closed loop by looking in freescan on the "status bits" page there you will see it says closed loop when the light is lit its in closed loop
then take some logs....

2000rpm steady rev in park log
do about 2 min each on both and make sure that the freescan is connected and getting the data

my o2 is brand new its a 4wire heated o2

i didn't log at all on start up

idk what int is lol

i blocked off my egr and the plug in is just sitting there in the engin bay

so tomorrow if i have time i'll put some gas in it first since its like empty

idle it at 2k for a few mins logging

i'll do it a few times so i know for sure i atleast got one

Calculate bpw at idle as function of airflow
Disable egr

this is where you start when doing tuning

do you have all the stuff needed to burn a chip yourself?
and more importantly put it in the ecm :P

you should buy ryan.hess' adaptor with the zif, and a few sf512's if you dont
