    Thanks for the link and the info....I have the RSM set up and do not intend on reinstalling it as it has been repaired and I am affraid it will fail again. I really like that set up but looks like it will be impossible to get as it was a very limited production.......sure would be exactly what us RSM charged guys need though...Oh well back to the bracket deighn to eliminate the RSM shaft !!!!

        Well, I'm glad I posted my intentions. I never heard the bad news about RSM. Thanks for the money saving tip. It would have been just my luck too, to get it install it, of course modify something else and then blow it all to hell.

        It was the install from RSM that had the monte shown a few posts ago, that sold me on it.

        Well... maybe we could build something better. we got Ben and CNC guy... and I know there are a few of us that have the knowledge.... Only problem is we're all broke! HA! HA! HA! ha, ha.....ha? shit.
        sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
        A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
        Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
        Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
        PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.

            I'd also recommend, especially if you own a Grand Am or other N-body, to pair a newer ('98-current) 4T60-E or a 4T65-E tranny to the motor if you're going to install a supercharger or a turbocharger. The stock 4T40E/4T45E trannies and the older 4T60's won't be able to handle the motor's output - especially the 4T40/5.
            N-body enthusiast:
            {'87 Grand Am SE - 3.0 90* v6} / {'93 Grand Am LE - 3.3 90* v6}
            {'98 Grand Am SE - 2.4 Q4} / {'99 Grand Am GT1 - 3400 60* v6}

            Current Project:
            {'90 Chevrolet C1500 Sport 350TBI}
