I'm not sure you ever mentioned the year of GA you have, but the attached should help. If I remember right, RSM also jacks up the shift pressure to stupid levels. That, and no MAF, well...

I'd be surprised you don't have things lodged in your valve body...

When you disconnect the MAF on a 99+ Nbody, it puts the transmission into safemode. Thus you get full line pressure shifts all the time.

Ouch!! Maybe the computer won't engange the TCC since the MAF is off either... Would make sense.

...or you actually have a stuck TCC valve

I read your post and it said you replaced your sensor, i'm guessing you meant solenoid. I wasn't referring to your sensor/solenoid. Theres and actual valve that the solenoid pushes to engage the TCC. If the valve is stuck or jammed then u can put as many new solenoids in as you want, but your TCC still won't engage until you fix the valve. Now i'm not saying THIs is your problem but its another thing to look at.

I had that problem in my TH125C, and it was just a matter of unjamming the tcc valve and everything worked ok after that.

Which is why I said "I'd be surprised you don't have things lodged in your valve body..."

If you have a way to scan and edit the PCM, then scan the TAPS values and look for wild variations. That may give hints about the hydraulic components condition.
