Mine were made from schedule 40 pipe... Bout 1/8" thick. And pretty damn heavy... When I do get a TIG, I will be workin on some equal length, more to lighten things up a bit.
My local HFT has a 130 Amp 220v TIG on sale now for $199, but it appears it can only do thin stuff...

I have a 99, which means I didn't need to replace my connectors.
As for the headers, it really depends upon the overall final design, etc.

OK, well then I'm gone buy the injectors only because I to have a 99 car.
Btw I have called http://www.turbochargedpower.com/ and asked them for a est price on the turbo headers they told me that it was @ 600-700 dollar. It' a very nice headers but I can't afford it right know.

I have bought the ss valve and the LS6 valve springs. But what valve seal do i need to use because I have a 99 car, and I saw that they use gen2 3.1 valve seal ok cool m but the thing is the 3.1 engine uses 6 intake and 6 exhaust so what do I need to buy.Last edited by TurboAlero; 06-26-2006, 02:16 AM.
