Best place to buy J bends?

Anyone have info on some good places to buy J and U bends from?

i found http://www.schoenfeldheaders.com/U%20&J%20Bends.htm but they don't list 1.5" bends and for some reason my cell won't let me call that number.. lol

I've allready bought stuff from S&S Headers so i might end up going through them... http://www.headermania.com/mm5/merch...ry_Code=JBENDS

I'm guessing i'll need about 6-8 J bends and a 5' stick of 1.5"..

i'll be doing a set very similar to Dan's on D-Crew

I've bought stuff from Schoenfeld before with no problems. And now I live like 90 minutes from them... Wierd that you can't call them.

Those are pretty sexy flanges. The guy who designed them did a great job.

I've been eyeing http://headersbyed.com/ Seems to have about everything. I would really like to find 1 5/8 J's and U's in 14ga... H.B.E. has then in .060...

My flanges are 1.5" but i've been thinking about taking the plasma cutter to them and D'ing the ports... 1 5/8" would fit no problem then...

I found this site http://www.stahlheaders.com/Frame%20Tubing.htm. They have a good assortment of pipe sizes. Look at the "Bending Mistakes". I'm definitely going with Headers by Ed for my collectors though.

What size collectors are you looking for...? I know Marty did up a DWG for Geoff and got some made. Not sure on the pricing, but it might be cheaper.

i've allready got the 3:1 collectors and a 2:1.. they're made for 1.5" primaries tho...

Oops... well, I read that wrong anyway. We just made up collector flanges, not the entire collector. :S

with my 17's on i have about 4" of ground clearance to the 3400's oil pan.. with my track rims (14's) on i've got less than 3". lol

Syn, the Beretta pace car had headers that went over the 4spd auto. If I were building them, I'd probably do that as well.
