If you want to use it on a FWD engien you cannot. None will accept a belt.
For a RWD engine as far as I know it is the same as a SBC. But I have never checked to verify it. If you can run to a yard or borrow someones SBC/4.3L balancer to test fit it then go for it.
Any neutral balance aftermarket balancer that fits the crank will be fine.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

ATI lists one in their catalog for the V660. It's not clear which V660.
GM made many various changes to so many different parts over the years, so this may not be relevant, but I have a crank from an LA1 3400 here and the snout is 1.247". The snout on a factory SBC is supposed to be 1.245". .002" difference. Fairly close. In fact, they may have intended the diameters to be the same.
Your mileage may vary.

It will be for a RWD 660. I highly doubt they would make one with pully groves. I bet it is just a SBC damper.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma
