I'm not sure if the severe duty gaskets are graphite or what the difference is.

I'd probably piece it out seperatly myself.

The "update" LIM gaskets are from the dealer only, and they have round metal tabs in the edges to keep the intake from crushing it. They still leak BTW.

If you want a better gasekt than that, Fel-pro makes an all metal LIM gasket, which *should* hold up forever since metal doesn't crack or melt/warp. It is about double the price of the standard gasket they offer though. I'm going to be going with it myself.

I was talking about the metal gaskets as thats all I would use now that they are available.

When I look up the LIM gaskets on autozone I get a standard one that includes the upper as well for about $50, then for about $80 there is this

        # MS98003T

"PERMADRYPLUS PREMIUM PROBLEM-SOLVING gaskets designed to address sealing problems Features advanced technology impervious to coolant / oils. Set includes permadry valve cover gasket(s) Supplied with one valve cover gasket due to an OE service procedure stipulating removal of one valve cover to replace both intake gaskets."

As for the head gaskets, it doesn't say anything about what "severe duty" means.

I'm not educated in the differences of headgaskets, but apparently there is a newer design that are graphite or stronger or something. I don't know about the fel-pro differences either.

The part number MS98003T is for the metal gaskets:
