3500 valves on a 3400

I noticed the weight difference posted on here that the 3500's are roughly 10 grams lighter than the 3400 valves. So I'm wondering if they'll fit on stock heads, and if I would gain any performance out of them due to the weight reduction. I know they won't flow any better than stock. But am hoping it will help to get a few extra hundred rpms out of it.
