The answer is yes about the 3100 and 3400's.

I called motormite and the lady actually was able to email me the info with a picture. I pulled that link out of it and it specifically lists engine applications with vins. She said all the major distributors carry them, like Autozone and stuff. Although she also said they are on backorder too... I'm buying mine asap.

FYI, I was able to pick up the Dorman pulley at http://www.midwayautosupply.com/ (Part #34217)

Are you guys sure that pulley PN 10044867 will work on a 3100? I need a fix for my '94 Grand Am... GM Canada doesn't have the AC delete pulley (like the 34217 Motomite part) but perhaps they will have this old part up here.

Pretty sure this pulley (10044867) is no good for the '94 newer cars - my engine mount casting is right where that pulley goes (just ran out to have another look).
