  • AC delete pulley

Does anyone make a pulley setup to delete the AC compressor for the W-body cars? I know they make them for the f-bodys.

Or is there a simple solution that I dont know about.

    thanks for any advice.

Not likely, since the AC doesn't run at WOT and its just an idler pulley in that state anyway. It will free up some space and reduce a little weight but its not worth doing for performance reasons alone.

Do these for the 2.8/3.1 fit the 3100/3400? I've never gotten a clear answer on that... some say yes, some say no...

it also needs a special bolt, i used a chunk of pipe and made a bushing/spacer to take care of that and used a hardware store bolt.

Looked like a low mileage 3400 b/c it was so new looking. That's one clean motor you got there!!! The timing cover looks brand new!
