  • ICCU does it work????

Does the ICCU from ZZperformance work.

Im the guy with the 3400 supercharged grand am.
Do you think it would be an alternative to the DHP power tuner.
Or will it work on getting rid of knock retard.
Because if it gets rid of KR ill buy it.
    What do u think!!!

I say go for the Powrtuner. The ICCU could help on tweaking the timing, but it is somewhat oldschool for when tuning the PCM was limited.

Go for the DHP powertuner, That way you can edit tables for pressures above 1 bar. Then you can add a 2 bar map, and put in larger injectors and have the computer run it all without a RRFPR or FMU. You could be tuned close to perfect with DHP. AFAIK the powertuner will let you do that..

I have them both. The ICCU does work to a degree but you are much more limited on what you can do with it. It's more of a band aid for mildly modified cars. If you're boosted I'd go right to the powertuner. There's more to learn but results will be better in the long run.
