Please help need valve springs

Can some one please help me out. I really need new valve springs.
I have 01 3400 V6 I need to install aftermarket valve springs before my engine gets put back together fast. I know I can install stronger ones but which ones and how. PLease some one give me instructions. and where and what do buy. Remeber I have a 01 not a 99 or 00 Its a 01

What kind of springs are you looking for? LS6? LS1? Are you trying to solve a problem? There have been a few posts here in the performance section about the best shims to buy for a 2000+ set of heads when using LS6 springs. I'd search for you, but I'm a tad too lazy.
