The only MPFI 4.3L that EVER existed was on the GMC Syclone and Typhoon.
So why would you want to use 4.3L injectors on a 3.1L?1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

Nope sorry they are not MPFI in the typical sense. They are CPI and CSFI. The injectors are located centrally in the manifold. When the injectors open fuel travels through a hose to a poppet valve and is injected into the intake runner.
The CPI has one single large injecor and 6 poppet valves. Meaning it is batch fired.
CSFI has 6 smaller centrally located injectors and 6 poppet valves and they are sequentially fired.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma
