  • 96 3100 with a straight exhaust, what muffler to use?

im going to be running a straightpipe exhaust on my 96 lumina 3100, & im -hoping- to get a sound that is very similar to that of the jappers that i hear driving around here but know arent heavily upgraded (im not talking turbo-sound, im just talking the kind of "whir" that a lot of the hondas around here have). anyone got any ideas?

Don't try and emulate the retarded "tuners." Get yourself a nice high-flow cat and Borla muffler and call it a day. Seriously, aspiring to be like a Honda...

The thing is, I4's sound like I4's and V6's sound like V6's. If you want the "import" sound then get a car with a 4cyl. You'll never get it with a V6.
