well i don't know if its a project. the fact that its a daily driver and a weekend racer between the 01' 3400 that had 35k miles on it i swapped in. to the 3.33 fdr 4t60e transmission that had 45k miles on it that i swapped in myself .
the custom sparkplug wires and the egr adapter. all the new sensors ect.ect.ect. tires, parts, pieces and now the new msd ignition system
and all the new gaugewand fuel pressure reg. yay its over 3000.00. as a matter of fact now that i look closer at my numbers its over 3500.00 in two years.

i got everything iv'e done to the car in the garage

just cause your not boosted doesnt mean you dont need to go wideband. i will be going wide band for tuning my n/a motor. its a pretty built up motor, and i need to tune. why not do it with wideband???

If you don't have a lot of mods on your motor (na or boosted) having a narrow band OR a wideband probably isn't going to help you at all because you probably don't need to adjust the fueling, and if you do need to... having an adjustable FPR isn't going to help you because it will only adjust the fuel pressure across the entire rpm range and all throttle positions. You need to tune the computer to adjust fueling under different conditions to really see any effective gains. A narrow band gauge is deffinitely a waste of money though. Especially if you can scan and data log the stock 02 sensor signal. Thats my $.02

well i am deffinetly hoping to be able to data log. i got the laptop and the aldl cable i need to do and as far i have been able to determin. i will have to use carbytes to be able to read my 8196 baud pcm. i know i can't tune this pcm but i do need to see whats going on. after i do some more research and look at more wiring diagrams of all the choices i have for a "tunable" pcm i'll make the jump. but until i need to see whats happening so i can make the proper corrections.
and i think between the AFPR and the msd dis4 i got i think it will be better. not going to add a lot of pressure probobly stay low at 42 or lower. really more interested in adding more spark. it seems kinda boggy at the track. just hoping to open it up a little more. i'll add pressure if waranted but not just to have it.
