What are you guys running in your cast iron head 3.4s for spark plugs?

I am partial to NGK myself, but wondered if anyone had good or bad experience with others.

I've had luck with regular delco's, the MGK iridiums worked fine, but to pricy.

Currently I run Autolites, because I located a plug that fits the iron heads that's 1 step colder than the stock plugs All the other plugs I've run were all stock heat range.

The autolite racing plugs I found are actually for a Volvo Penta 540 boat motor, but are identical to the iron head 60 degree, but 1 step cooler.
