can any1 tell me how to make more power for my over weight 89 gp se?
i already have the kn filter dynomax muffler.
what is this ticking noise i hear coming from the engine and how can iu fix it

A little ticking is normal, especially if the engine is cold. If its above normal then try changing your oil and adding Lucas oil treadment which "might" help.

Look through the forums, look at other peoples rides and what they have for engine mods, do a search. Asking how to make "easy" power out of these engines is like teaching a 4 year how to drive a stick shift.
