where can i find such a thing. The guy who is working on my engine said I'll need them if i plan a turbo setup...

If you do the tuning right, you can easily run up to 12psi on the stock internals. Even without much tuning, you can run probably close to 6psi before you will encounter any issues with the 9.5 (or 9.6 depending on year and model) ratio pistons.
