Its not for that setup. I don't have any idea if the guy that made them will finish working on the 00+ adapters or not.

I made one. for my buddies car. I have no time to make anymore these days. But I can show you pics.

You will also have to modify your fitting on the hose to work on the new 3X00 manifold.

It took some creative work but I got it done in one day. Welding or brazing is required to make the fitting. I do not have pics of the fitting I made.

thanks for the pics and ideas, but im going from the early 3100 egr to the 00 3400. the pics did help for ideas though, thanks a lot.... But there was a write-up on the old home page about someone that found a way to make the egr work only spending $5... i dont remember the article so much, but it was one of the ones that was on the home page before the changes

The only reason I am the author (as with almost all of the articles) is because I am entering them on the new server from the old DB. Since I am the one re-posting it, I automatically become the author. Sorry. If you are really that concerned about it, I'm sure I can change the attributes of the article to make you the author.

Uh, yeah... Kinda more like a co-owner of the site.

I changed it, so you are now the proud author of that article.

Made it at school. Drill press and dremel did the bulk. Then I fly cut it on a milling machine to make the surfaces true. It is 1-1/4" thick aluminum. Took some creativity to make the adaptor and the fitting for the exhaust pipe. But it works so well. Lloyd ran that engine through Air Care and it barley made any readings.

In reference to this: http://60degreev6.com/discussion/kb....e=article&k=15 ...

that is awesome. Good brainstoriming on that one. I milled and drilled out a few EGR adapters over the years. They look better, but I never would have wasted the time on them if I had seen that.
