i can get it made but this was more of a favour for my cousin, throw in a $20 for beer and i'm sure he'd do it again. The alignment issue is easy to work out, just shift the points.... lol i just used the die grinder to angle em so no big deal for me.

yeah brad lol the CAD drawing really was no use since there were no measurements on it. i just used it for visualizing points etc.

if the shop used an autocad friendly program i'm sure it would have though

You could have asked and I could have added the dimensions in less than a minute... Or converted it to a different file type that they could use.

My wish is to find a shop with a machine that can accept autocad drawing exchange format files (.dxf) and import them in for the job. There is a local sheet metal shop with a plasma cutter that can do this for me, which is how I get flanges cut... Also, one that won't rape me on costs

It all depends on the machine they are using. Probably most of the machines out there use G-Code for this, but different manufacturers can have different "types" of G-Code for their specific machines. I've looked into DWG to G-Code convertors, but there aren't a whole lot of free ones out there, and I have no reason to buy the software to do it. But yeah, it would be nice. It would save on costs if there was something available as well, since alot of the cost of getting something made up is in the initial design and initial machine coding to get the part made.

let me know if you want a set, my cousin will make it for you at the same price i got it from him for.

140CAN, you pay shipping, and should be perfectly matched lol since he's taking mine for measurements if you want it.

i can ask about anodizing as well if you want but i'm getting mine polished

hopefully next spring, i'm aiming for feb. sometime, that way gives me time to finish the headers and get them jet hot'd, finish engine mounts and then get it tuned for emissions. pending that, additional tuning for racing at the track with the bottle

is their a reason why people just don't drill holes in the plenum?

It'll fit, but just barely... When I had my 1" spacers on my old 3100, the plenum hit the heat sheild on the bottom of the hood. But it didn't push the hood up any.
