    Now I have a question.

I'm looking at the Tial 38mm External Wastegate.

You don't have an internal waste gate actuator hooked up correct?

Did you just weld that opening for the wastegate closed and remove the actuator and then make your own downpipe? Or do you actually have to buy something different for that?

If you want we could do a trade, I'll take your welded closed Exhaust compressor and you can have my Actuator for nothing, with brackets and bolts :-D

Edited* i believe they are the same exhaust compressor...

His internal wastegate isn't welded closed. That is just a plug to cover the access hole where the wastegate seat is machined. The internal wastegate flapper is inside, and exits into the turbine housing right before the flange. Look closer at his picture.

I have been lazy and past my deadline by far but its still in the works. I put my car back to N/A like some of you know and started working on the turbo around late june.

some updates...my parts just came in 7/22 around noon. i still am not done but most of the pipes are finished.
As you can see i had to redo some of my mounting because of the clearence. also some mounts will be mated to the trans mount. slowly will be mounted tot he engine/trans. a flex exhaust is easier to make than a solid turbo mounting..
my radiator hoes is going to be modded with boilling water..hehe then it should be fine. its not touching anything but its very close to crossover. My intake pipes is very close to the exhaust. but there is not much i can do there. BOV flange has not come yet. i don't know where im putting that. My extra injectors im making a steel bung for them. the lines are basicly made but not installed yet.

pipes sizes. turbo to iC 2" IC to engine 2 1/4" then just before the engine bay to 2 1/2"
Exhaust is 2 1/4" and under car will be 2 1/2"

            enjoy...

            still have more to do.
see my oil line...LOL and coolant lines, and extra injectors..... and batterey relocate...and exhaust.....BOV.....wastegate(maybe).....i think thats it. or and forever tuning. and maybe stainless when it all works.

still ideas tossed in the air. i may redo my crossover but im not sure.

Summit makes a flexible stainless radiator hose that I am using to reroute mine. You might want to give it a look. It might help a bit and the hose won't collapse.

Hey I like your set up. I never really took the investment to learn exactly how to build a turbocharger kit , but how much money do you think you have rapped up in that set up?
