    Anybody put an MSD 6A Ignition in there cars i would like to get one just not sure which model for 95 3100 SFI engine.
    1995 Cutlass Supreme 3100 SFI
    Cold Air K&N Filter
    58mm TB
    Dynomax Duel Exhaust with Performance Catalytic Converter
    FFP Underdrive Crank Pulley
    1/4 mile 15.65 at 90.8 mph

    The 6 series ignition modules are for cars with distributors. For a 95 3100, all you can get is the MSD coil packs PN 8224, and they recomend using module PN 8870.

        Damn, why always is there so many roadblocks with our cars ,well back to the drawing board.

          The stacker 4 will work but you still have to keep your stock control module.

            You would want the DIS-4....but there is really no point without nitrous or whatever other reason you can have to retard timing. The stock coil packs will ignite the mixture under any known circumstance that I can think of. No one on this board is modded enough to justify more power from their ignition.

              Is there any miltiple spark ignition avalibe for an engne with coil packs?

                Anyway, yeah there is the DIS-4, DIS-4 HO, the stacker (which I wouldn't reccomend), or you could use 3 6A/Ls

                  LOL use 3 6al's with 3 MSD coil packs.. I guess you would have multispark then...

                      Its gonna take a hell of a lot to need more than what we have. I guess it depends on the spark plug gap you want to use as well. The DIS-4 let me use .070 without stumble on my 3.1. Overkill though:P

                            And what are the MSD DIS coils putting out? IIRC, it was like 50-60K.
