Chris. The shop that I am going to get them welded at has a guy there that does headers. He told me that if I need to, I can cut the collector off, and he can bend the pipes down, and put the collector down further. Kinda hard to explain. When I took the rear header in, I also took a rear exhaust manifold so that I can show them, and he said that it should be no problem. Before I go and put them on my car, I am going to test fit them on Brians car (seeing that it is parked here anyways) and see what all I will have to do to get them in. The way it looks now, I think that I can just cut the collector off, and cut the crossover off, and weld them back on further down.

i heard the 99+ headers would not fit its off to one side but you could always get them custom fit to stock pipes.

thats what i plan on doing/but if i can get headers for the 3100 by then

To my knowledge, they also do not fit the older 3100 N-Bodies (94 Grand Am)? And there is nothing that does. Someone please tell me I'm wrong.
