thats a sweet uim how long did it take you to make it and what was the final cost
It still isn't finished as I need to make a new set of lower flanges. The first set were only 3/16 thick and started to warp when welded. The next set will be made from 1" thick steel. I will machine a transition area from the tubing to the port, then machine the flange area to 1/4" thick. I also need to make a new TB flange since I am now planning to use a billet 65mm TB instead of the 75mm TB. My costs so far to make it was relatively cheap because I was able to do all the machining myself. I had to buy the 4" plenum tube, three U-bends and the steel.

Nothing really new to update... haven't had much time to work on it. I completed my CAD/CAM drawings for the turbo flanges and started the programs to cut them. The turbo exhaust adapters will be 3D machined from a large chunk of steel. They will have a 3/8 thick mounting flanges and smoothly transition to a 2.5 dia that can be welded to a mandrel U-bend. The transition area will be around .08 thick. FWIW, the two 2.5's will merge into a single 3" exhaust.
Perhaps I go overboard on this stuff but I want it to look professional.
