I was wondering #1 how much a 2.8L can breath CFMwise and #2 what's the best carb to get this thing going. I currently have the stock Rochester on my 85 Cherokee. Third to add to the mix is that this carb must be able to run off camber. Holleys are notoriously awfull at this. The two carbs I know to run well off camber as of yet are the Ford 2100/2150 series and the Quadrajet. (I've run these on my 351W Fords). Is there an adapter to swap from the Rochester style 2V intake to a big 2V such as the one on a Ford? I'm just throwing ideas around. If theres a good solution to all this (minus FI please) I'd love to hear it. Thanx in advance. NORM

Buy the Edelbrock Intake, Holley 390cfm carb (jetted waaaay down) and there you go.
