  • head resurfacing

I'm building my 3400 (gen 3 alum head motor of course) for boost and presently have my heads off. Do I need to have my heads resurfaced before I put them back on?

    RE: head resurfacing

I'd just get them decked for flatness.

You dont need to touch them unless they are warped.

I checked them for flatness along a straight edge and everything appeared fine, I should not need resurfacing in this case, right?
