This is from GM. This is not an official specification so someone needs to verify if they are bang on these measurements.
? The intake pushrods are identified with yellow stripes and are 5 3/4 inches long.
? Exhaust pushrods are identified with green stripes and are 6 inches long.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

I've confirmed it via GM tech manual at 5.75" Intake and 6" Exhaust. They are also literally a hair less than 5/16" or .312"(measured .311") diameter. Thank you.Lorenzo
