  • Underdrive Pulley Belt

Does anyone have a serpentine belt # for 95 3100 engine with the FFP Underdrive Damper.I am just going to install it and FFP said the belt should be about 1 inch shorter than stock with the new pulley on.Just wondering if anybody has match it yet if not i'll just buy a bunch and try them.Unless the Circumference is written on each belt, that would be easier. Thanks guys They wanted to know how i found out about there products so i gave the site a big Hell Ya.

The size should be on the stock belt, unless it is worn off. If it isn't readable, just hit your local parts store and ask them to look it up. Generally, the last 3 digits of the belt part number are the size. For example, a xx665 belt would be 66-1/2" long, xx580 would be 58", and so on. You just need to find out the stock number, and get one an inch shorter.

Ask for a stock belt. Read the last three numbers on the package. (ex: 715) For ONE INCH shorter, get a belt with the same # as the stock one, except for 705 as the last three #s.

I work at a good auto parts store and we actually know how a car works. If you have a/c then your stock gatorback belt is 4060710 or 710k6 regular; so you would need 4060700 in gatorback or a 700k6 for a regualr belt.

1.5" shorter is what I would get. The tensioner usually allows for an inch or so of play. (Might be kinda hard to get on though)
