Cam-to-crank center distance

If the pushrod engine cam-to-crank center distance has already been noted in a prior post, a reference to it would be appreciated.
If not, what is that distance?

The center-to-center distance, per the block drawings, is 6.261". A calculation using sprocket and chain data had previously yielded the same distance, however that result seemed improbably large. In fact, it is that large!

I don't think anything of it, but these engines are all I really know.
