yes, but you can't have the best of both worlds with just a single mod. If you design the who;e engine around it, then you can have good low end with increased top end.-Brad-

How much do you think this is going to gain? Would it be worth swapping? And also, you have to have the 00+ 3100 or 3400 LIM for it to work right? You can't use the older 3100 LIM. I'm thinking about buying a 3.1 Lumina from a friend, and I'm trying to debate whether I should use a 3400 topend or if it would be worth the extra $120 to use the 3400 topend with 3500 plenum. Ideas?
