    ah i see. but with the shorter runners won't that hinder the lower end then if it aids the upper?

      yes, but you can't have the best of both worlds with just a single mod. If you design the who;e engine around it, then you can have good low end with increased top end.

              How much do you think this is going to gain? Would it be worth swapping? And also, you have to have the 00+ 3100 or 3400 LIM for it to work right? You can't use the older 3100 LIM. I'm thinking about buying a 3.1 Lumina from a friend, and I'm trying to debate whether I should use a 3400 topend or if it would be worth the extra $120 to use the 3400 topend with 3500 plenum. Ideas?

                damn i think ill just stick with getting the ported 2000+ 3100 plenum when i do my swap
                unless you really gain alot from it then fuck doing all that extra work
