Fuel pressure increase?

    So at idle my pressure would be increased, but would stay the same at wide open?

      You will have way more fuel at idel and the same at WOT.
      With or with out the vacuum line you WOT pressure will be the same just about.
      I think it will just cause idel problems.
      SS shims, coins as long as you get more fuel pressure.
      The stock fuel pressure spring is just spring steel so that would rust before any thing.

        Well i want to check since at idle is when i hear the knock only. As soon as the rpms get moved up even a couple hundred rpm the sound goes away. So if its not the fuel then i'll move to possibility of perhaps a loose rocker or lifter not getting enough oil at idle. Im just hoping its not that. Ive been inside the motor way too many times.
