    I should have just added this to my last post but do you order these from the gm dealership sorry about asking so many questions about this

        Oh and does anyone know where you can get iron head gaskets for a 91 3.1 with 1999 3400 heads?

          GM does not sell Sealed Power brand pistons.

          any 2.8L/3.1L Iron headed Engine is where you get the Iron head gaskets from.

          assuming this is going on a 3.1L type block, You cannot however put the Iron head gaskets onto an engine with 3100 or 3400 Pistons in it. (piston to Head clearance issue)

            ok so if i just put a 3400 top end on with iron head gaskets and 90-92 camaro/firebird pistons i should be ok?
