  • Installing my direct port nitrous setup.

Well I thought I would show some pics of what I have planned.

Currently I am porting out some heads which will be swapped when all this is going down. So I should also see about anotehr 20 hp or so with the fresh heads on there for all around n/a driving. Which will be nice.

Second is this direct port nitrous kit I am installing. Its a NX direct port kit for a 6 banger. Right now I am in the test fitting stages of the kit as I need to find out just where I can mount these things and still have fuel rail clearence as well as upper plenum clearence in case anyone else with a gen 2 or Fiero intake wants to take a stab at it.

These will end up going on my dual tb intake but I want to plan where these will go on a spare intake before I drill into my dual tb and say ohh sh1t. So test fit and test again.

teh plan is to run the direct port as the first stage, and around 5200 rpm where my powerband begins to fall off, run the second stage through the dual tb intake like I am currently doing now.

I am thinking the direct port with the more accurate metering of nitrous will gain me another 20 hp then my current nitrous setup I have running. Plus with the ported heads I think I can see anotehr 20 on top of there. Second stage will be set for a really low shot. Basically to just try and keep the power curve from falling off. That's nice how it will be hidden under the upper intake!

            Looks good.
I think I'll stick with a single spary point for a v6. That looks realy hard to do.

When will you be bringing down the s10? My fiero might be sold come mid november. There is a guy coming from VA, to look at it. Its a long ways to go to not buy it. So we shall see. I would still like to check out your ride though
