16.131 as the fastest w-body? Not even close... GPXSS ran a 15.51 back in 01 with his 3.1 hybrid. And I know there are faster ones out there...

I went 14.695 @ 94.49 before my topend swap, my cam, and my underdrive pulley, and that was with one of the worst 60' times I have ever gotten. I am installing my 1.6 roller rockers very soon (they are sitting in my garage) so it should be faster yet. If I had to guess I would say that with a decent 60' and 50* weather that I could go 13.9's, but its probably a 14.2 car most of the time. I am hoping to get some bigger injectors (like 29lb. or so) and a bigger turbo within the next year, along with some computer work, in hopes to go low-mid 13's. I also went 14.819 @ 92.72 in my dads Turbo GP Coupe, with just a chip, t-stat, K&N, and removed cat.
But I know there are faster ones out there.

I've ran a 14.705@91.94mph in my 1990 Turbo Grand Prix at 1100' elevation. http://www.members.aol.com/mv540paq/...Pmfewtrail.jpg I ran the car as I bought it last summer w/ an intake(filter was placed near the front exhaust manifold), high-flow cat & resonator(no mufflers) + stock piping, Topgun 160 chip, & 160* thermostat. The Atlanta Dragway where I ran isn't prepped very well on "grudge nights" unless you're one of the first few people to run on a Friday night. My first run was a 14.9 on a 2.3 60' time spinning to nearly 40mph on the track, I spun about half that on the 14.7 run but still managed an ok 2.1 60' on my shitty Goodyear Eagle RS-A's(245/50/16's). I've since put a filter straight on the turbocharger(still not the best intake setup, but I haven't felt like relocating the battery just yet to make a fenderwell intake) and upgraded to 2.5'' mandrel bent exhaust piping. Anyways, here's my TGP 1/4 mile times list...the 13.XX run is not confirmed though, so I don't know whether to believe it or not(guy supposedly was running nitrous).

next year i want to take the title of the fastest 3100 widebody. its going to get an engine rebuilt with my tranny. tranny will get a new shift kit from Jeff M. and a 3400 topend swap all P&P including heads. i already have those parts. PLUS a cam. i still have to buy nos, and a beefed up valvetrain and i'm good to go. am i missing anything. oh yeah and headers. already got a cat back.
