  • !!!!! 3400+ Passes NYS Inspection! Thanks to Ben+ Tuning

    My 3400+ passed midpack.

HC Limit .80ppm CO Limit 15ppm NOx Limit 2ppm

HC TEST- .66ppm CO TEST- 8.9ppm NOx TEST-.29ppm

This is the second test I took for this car. The first time it failed due to a slewec Coolant temp sensor, running a tad bit rich. One this is for certian all sensors and mechanics have to be working correctly otherwise tuning will be somewhat invalid. I had to get retuned due to my coolant temp sensor and my new lengthend pushrods. Slappyse Tuning=Super Tuning!!!

I'm just wondering how you got you 3.4L to pass with the RSM supercharger in calli? it's not CARB aproved! I've been looking into a setup like the RSM but it's not carb aproved, 50state legal! Please let me know!

The man you want is SappySE107+. Confere with him for Tuning.

Acutally it was last year the emmisions standards in NY were less stringent. I have an old emmission card. The old standards for '03 were

              LIMIT- HC 2ppm CO 30ppm NOx 7.5

My old 2.8 back when I had the '89 GPSE was clean as a whistle back in '00 with 136,338 miles.

              HC .04ppm CO 1.19ppm NOx .31ppm

Definately, I know personally what an uncatalyzed engine throws out and it isn't merry weather...
