Center wear, right down the middle...

I tried 33 psi. went to 30 psi...all the way to 18... same thing.

The outside edges are still new...

Imma run out and take a pic.

    Passenger side :

    Driver side :

Look at that, there's like a 4" contact patch for christ sake, lol, they have like 25 psi. in them.

These were new 4000 miles ago.

I am buying new ones on Wednesday, and I am going with the stock 205/55 size.

That looks like mine did prior to getting an alignment done. I had lowered the car, then took it to Sears for an alignment. They said they couldn't do it for some reason... So I drove to Canada and back (for the 03 60V6 meet). By the time I got back, my 6 mo. old tires looked just like that. Finally took it to a real alignment shop and haven't had any issues since.

One of my favorite quotes : "If you got 'em, burn 'em."

Tires dont last long when I am behind the wheel, get 3 oil changes out of a set, at the very most.

I am installing lowering springs in the front next year, along with new struts. So I will get a good alignement done before next summer rolls around. Gonna park the beast shortly.

Mars: what kind of car do you have and what do all have done to it. those are really high trap speeds. WOW.

from the pics it looks like you have a beretta but i don't know of a GTZ or Z26 that came that color. I don't know exactly what kind of car that is

Just wondering, how did you get the GTZ final drive? did you install them your self or what? and also why did you relocate your ignition coils? Also did you run your 1/4 with full or striped interior. I still can't believe that trap speed, thats gotta be the gearing.
again WOW. thats realy cool. your first gear has got to be like nothing. i shift out of mine fast i can't imaginge yours.LOL

GTZ FDR : did a bellhousing swap on the Quad four tranny. They are the same tranny, cept for the starter location... (by bellhousing, I guess I mean the whole front half of the trans)

After calling several tranny shops, explaining what I wanted done, they all thought it was impossible, UNTIL I called Frank's transmission here about 10 mins. away from my place. He said "sure, bring both trannys to me and I will do the swap for you, 200$ pick it up tommorrow. And I did, and it worked out mint. Best 200$ I spent on my car. I needed trans work done anyways, damn 4th gear syncro...

I relocated the coils cause I did not have the 3400 ign. module. I am however probably going to put them back to the stock 3400 location.

Those runs were full interior, full street trim. I did not even adjust tire pressure, lol, 33 all around. (I did not have a spare tire or a jack)

Well, yeah first gear does suck, just look at my 60'.... they suck.

As for the high MPH, I dont know where it comes from, lol, I have ran the 1/4 probably 15 times since the swap and never got a trap under 96...

I have the same trap as a high 13 second Firebird Firehawk, he was running slicks too...LOL
