3400/3500 valve train options

Hello All - I have two quick questions I couldn't get definitive answers for just searching the forums.

1) Are the 3500 Valves a direct fit into an 2005 LA1/3400 Head?

2) Will 3500 Rocker arms work on an otherwise stock 3400 head?
