What Kind of GM 3.4L Engine is THIS?

I've never seen a 3.4l variant quite like this one on eBay... Could somebody fill us in with details? Hell...for $200.00 and only 20K miles on it... It might be worth picking up just to tear it down and see what makes it tick... maybe it would make a fun Dune Buggy Engine:

It's the DOHC 3.4, there's an entire section dedicated to them in this forum.
