  • Which headers for 3.4L / 3400 / 3500 hybrid?

I have 3.4 block, 3400 pistons, upper intake, and tb, 3500 heads and lower intake. Will 3.4 headers bolt up or do I need 3500 headers?

With some modifications to the port flange and primary, you use the headers that will fit your vehicle.

Will the ports and bolts match up to the 3500 heads?

Slotting the holes works for mounting but the typical 1.5" primaries on those 3.4 headers are tiny. Hopefully you can find some that are 1 5/8".

If you are fairly close to eastern Iowa I have some proper longtubes that you can test fit.

                      For a 3.4? How much?

They were on a 3500 in a 3rd gen Camaro, but with the different K member your car has they might fit. 1 5/8" primaries, 32" long with correct D port flanges and V banded collectors, Ceramic coated.

I'd do $450 but we'd have to make sure they'll fit first.
