Stock cam specs

I've been looking for the stock gen3 cam specs. I know they used to be listed in the specs/articles section but are no longer there. Using the search only returned dead links or cam specs that were questionable (due to source) or wrong generation.

So can anyone post the correct stock gen3 cam specs?

Also if anyone has the complete WOT-TECH #1280 (Stage 3) grind specs those would be appreciated as well.

Look up the stock replacement solid core cam on summit racing. Should be the same or very similar.

'89 Firebird, 3500 Turbo, T56, 9-bolt/4.11
'86 Fiero, 3500, 4-speed
