i have a 93 lumina/3.1 and on startup and while idling u will hear a ticking,someone told me it was a loose rocker arm.... what i wanna find out is,is it that,or do my valves need adjusted?

in my experience with 3.1s i know of thwo things it could be
1. lifter tick which is harmless the lifters just do this after a while
2. the fuel injectors make more noise with age also harmless
hopefully its one of thoseI Like V660s
