3400 turbo sizing?

ok guys, getting set to put in a 3400 in my 3rd gen. now for turbo sizing, does anyone have what will give me what i want. I plan to build the motor and make at least 400-500 hp. i know its possible. 410 whp was made on a 2.4 so, could i run a t30t4 bybrid or full t4. im going to just run it low psi on stock internals for a while, until i build it. but, please someone must know what size is good..

the V6 f-body guys generally go with a t3/t4 hybrid (and most choosed around a .62 AR)

and if nothing else , thats a good place to start your search
