Stock GEN3 Pushrod Dimensions

I'm looking for the length and width of the intake and exhaust pushrods of the GEN3 if anyone would happen to know off hand. Thanks!!!

146.0 mm (5.75 in) INTAKE
152.5 mm (6.0 in) EXHAUST
oh and width is 5/16ths.
