93 FWD 3.1v6 96 3100v6 topend swap?

Whats all required. I know there are differences roller cam and rockers. But are the heads still interchangeable? My friend was thinking of putting my old stuff on his engine to make a some more power.

What would the difference is compression with the swap?

Also just swapping the upper and lower intake to the "small port 3100" what kind of gain would be expected?

as easy to get as the large port parts are, I wouldn't bother with small port anything.

ya but its not my car. The car isnt all that nice it was only 800$. I have all the parts from my car. If he wants to buy them im not going to tell him not to.
I just want to make sure theres nothing else that will need changed that I dont have.
