how much meat do you need to have to put NOS nozzles in? I'm thinking about putting some fogger nozzles in my UIM spacers, but I only have about a 1/4" of material to go through....

just use a single fogger? I would guess you need about 1/8th inch of meat to tap to keep a good seal.

You can also buy weld on bungs

well, I just did a semi mock up of what I was going to do, and it won't work at all, fuel rails would be in the way.

            how about this?

Direct Port Nitrous Kits and Systems and components are the quickest and easiest way to get large horsepower increases with a minimum of engine modifications and expense. Nitrous Kits offer serious horsepower at the flip of a switch.

but yeah, I was wanting to do a direct port setup, with the nozzles under the UIM. the nozzles would be inside the fuel rail if I did it.

you would have to raise the fuel rail and injectors, And I don't think there is enough space under the plenum to do that... or I'd need 1" plenum spacers to accomplish it. Trust me I've already looked at these. Plus they are $55 each... that's $330 in nozzles alone... Still need distribution blocks, line, jets, and -an nuts/collars. Its like a $500-$600 upgrade. My whole original kit was only $400 and I've added a bottle heater since then, that's about it. Kinda hard to pull the trigger on that when I still don't know if it will fit.

I don't already have a kit, so it wouldn't be as bad for me.

the thing I like about that kit is that is a little more universal than some others, so I could use it on another vehicle that may or may not have a 60*v6
