Fine, I admit it. I'm stubborn, pig headed, and just plain impossible. Yet somehow I'm gonna pull this one off.
I pulled the Gen II 3100 with a blown head gasket and some rather nasty anitifreeze-in-the-bearings wounds out of my Beretta and rebuilt it. After assembling the short block, I came up with the unique idea of turning it into a distributor fired, carborated freak of nature and transplanting it into my new love, a beaten but not yet hopeless Fiero 2M4.
Everything is falling into place, except one thing... Somehow I've got it in my head this engine simply cannot live with normal aspiration. As much as I looked, I cannot find a supercharger intake manifold to fit a non EFI 60 degree V6 ANYWHERE. I could just machine a custom carb plate for any old m62 but making an entire intake manifold is another story.
If you have any idea, no matter how crazy it sounds, please speak up
