I have the map sensor reading from the EGR port. It seemed like the best place for the fastest reading. It was that or plug it up. I considered using it as a port for an emergency over pressure valve. Something that will release pressure at 15+psig just in case the wastegate fails.

A stock 3400 FPR is 55psi, so using those same injectors as you have, I have the injector constant in my car set to 26.37 (I think) in HPTuners.
I had my injectors flow tested when they were cleaned at 55psi and 63psi... They were 28lb/hr at 55 and 30lb/hr at 63. So thats where my info is coming from. Ben also states the same on the 28# injectors in his store fyi.

I once thought the trailblazers were 62psi as well but I found info elsewhere stating the regulator was 55psi.

Next time I'm working if I find my flow sheet I'll post it up.

Scratch that, Found the info I posted on beretta.net

I bought a new set of injectors recently for my car from e-bay and obviously not knowing the history of them I send them off to South Bay Injector service just to be sure they were up to par... I also asked them to flow them at 3 various pressures.
      My results are as follows.

      Cleaning test performed at 43.5psi

      Injector ---1------2------3------4------5-------6
      Spray ----10-----10-----10----10------9------9
      Flow -----260---258----258---260---260----258

      After cleaning
      Injector ---1------2------3------4------5-------6
      Spray ----10-----10-----10----10-----10-----10
      Flow -----260---260----260---260---260----260

Now I had them test the flow at 55PSI and 63 PSI...

      55 was 300cc/min
      63 was 320cc/min

So these injectors at 43psi are equal to around a 24lb injector, at 55psi they are a 28lb injector and at 63psi they are a 30lb injector.
These are injector number 25358575, they have the same ACDelco replacement number as the set currently on my car and those are PN 25313185 so its safe to assume whats on my car should flow the same as what I have in the box. There is one more set of Trailblazer injectors that were on the 05's those are PN 25345324, and they have a different ACDelco equivalent so they may be a different flow or spray pattern, I'm not sure. So really, $94 later I got a flow test chart and some new o-rings and a tiny bit of cleaning/balancing... I guess it's worth it in the end to know they are good to go.

Well, just got this thing back together yet again, this time with success!!! The motors nice and quiet now! This time around I put in stock, untouched, uncleaned lifters. I guess I had luck of the draw to have a few bad springs, or maybe some how I caused them I fail, not sure how, but I'm leaving it at that. How ever the case, it's luck of the draw for me. Shit happens, life moves on.
